Learn The Safer Way To Do The Diet
When asked about the HCG diet I almost always get asked if there are any HCG side effects or dangers involved.
I think people ask me this question because they think the diet is “too good to be true”.
And while I can see why they would think that it might be too good to be true when they first here about it, once they actually start the diet they realize that the results of losing 1+ pounds per day are well deserved by following the strict diet.
But let’s talk about any possible dangers or side effects.
The first thing you have to look at is what form of the HCG diet are you doing? Are you doing the injections or an oral HCG alternative?
Which method you choose will greatly affect the chances for any side effects while on the diet.
So the original diet was done with HCG injections. The injections still work to this day and they are a viable means of completing the diet. But they aren’t the safest and I never recommend them for someone looking to start the protocol.
The HCG injections can cause some side effects like blood clots. It’s not from the HCG itself but from the method of injecting it. So I avoid the injections altogether and I prefer the oral HCG Diet Accelerator.
The oral product allows you to avoid any side effects of HCG while still getting the same results of the injections. I think this makes it safer as your not taking a high dosage of HCG and you aren’t injecting it straight into your body.

First, for the headache that’s just your body detoxing from all the bad food that you have been eating before the diet. It is leaving your body because you are drinking so much water and your body is feeding off of your stored fat which has these bad chemicals stored in your body. But don’t worry, it only last a day or two and you can take a headache medication to help with any discomfort.
Now onto the leg cramps. Leg cramps are common while on the diet and that’s from a lack of potassium. You can’t eat bananas while on the diet so in order to fix this you take a simple potassium supplement and that always solves the problem. The supplement can be purchased at just about any grocery store or health food store for under $10.
Now there’s one more danger with the diet that I have to bring up. There are many people online selling what they call are “HCG drops” but really they are nothing more than water and alcohol. So avoid those scammers selling cheap HCG products.
The HCG product you get should be about $80+ per 1 bottle. Any cheaper and you should be very careful because HCG is not a cheap substance. 1 bottle will last you for about 15 days so it’s not very expensive since the diet is for a few short weeks anyway, but do avoid the cheap kind.
